I had the wonderful privilege of participating in the Successful Women In Business Series. Created by the Small Business Association and sponsored by TAFE Queensland. It was an interview style presentation with Anne Nalder, the CEO of the Small Business Association of Australia.
This platform provided an invaluable opportunity to share insights on the mindset required to build a thriving fashion business from scratch. Our conversation explored various crucial aspects, including embracing failure, understanding customers, and building strong relationships.

One of the primary topics we discussed during the interview was the importance of embracing failure as an integral part of the journey toward building a successful fashion business. Knowing Your Customer: The Foundation of Business Growth
In our conversation, we spoke about the significance of truly understanding our customers. Building a successful fashion business requires a deep knowledge of our target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points. By asking the questions, getting curious and constantly speaking to your customers. The more you know your customer, the more you can help them.
