Fees and charges for One-on-One Sessions provided by Leina Broughton are subject to change from time to time. Cancellation fees are outlined on our online booking system and are as follows:

Cancellation of a session within 48 hours will result in forfeit of 50% of fees. Failure to attend a scheduled session will incur 50% fee.

10. Cancellation and Refusal of Coaching

Leina Broughton reserves the right to grant, refuse, restrict, cancel, or alter access to any coaching options through this website. The right of refusal to supply coaching to any individual or business is at our discretion and can & will be implemented at any time without notice. The right to grant, refuse, restrict, cancel or alter access to, or purchases of, our products is subject to the Australian Anti Discriminatory Law.

11. Variations: 

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Your continued use of our website following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments.

12. Functionality:

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
